We're hiring our first Founding Forward Deployed Engineer at Soren (YC F25). We've been growing rapidly, deploying AI systems across more organizations, with an even stronger pipeline ahead. To support this phase of growth, we're looking for an exceptional engineer to lead AI deployments and help build Soren's technical foundation. There are a few key traits we are looking for in this role: - Customer obsession: Genuinely enjoy working alongside customers to understand their businesses and solve real problems. - Proactivity: Someone who identifies what needs to get done and makes it happen without waiting to be told. - Curiosity and problem-solving: Love tackling hard problems, learning new technologies, and figuring things out. - Technical excellence: Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to build and ship complex systems end-to-end. It's an exciting time to join Soren. If you love hard technical problems, high ownership, and working with a small, ambitious team, you should join.
