9 months ago I said we needed to hire 100 people in 12 months. It's been an absolute slog. The hardest role to hire for? Forward Deployed Engineer. 10x engineer who marries systems thinking, full-stack engineering, ai-native workflows, and obsession with staying on the frontier. All of that + being client-facing. + being comfortable in a room with a CEO. That...is what we call a unicorn. Oh, and btw, every AI company on earth is trying to hire them. This week we made our first FDE hire through Paraform. Why Paraform? We didn't want the size of our recruiting team to cap how fast we build. Paraform gave us a network of recruiters + custom agents running searches in parallel. Not one funnel. Dozens. I've said it before: AI is a leveraged bet on people. Which means the people who help you find them are a leveraged bet too. More roles in motion. More hires to come. If you're scaling fast, check them out: paraform.com
