Excited to share that I have joined Baseten Building the Forward Deployed Engineering at Baseten is unique - it is part of the core engineering team, deep in the tech stack and working closely with customers and one of the main reasons for the growth of Baseten. You get to see the latest and greatest in the inference stack and see it come to live! A month ago, one of my former colleagues, who works on RL and ML infrastructure, remarked that “something magical is happening at Baseten.” It's hard to describe, but you know it when you see it. And I can confirm it is happening here. The right environment, right people, market timing, conviction and clarity - with everyone rowing in the same direction - creates a different kind of energy, a fun environment, a sense of momentum, and possibility - hard to manufacture but unmistakable when you experience it. We are hiring across the board -  inference, forward deployed engineers, infra, solution architects, marketing, gtm, sales, recruiting….
