One of my favorite talks from SF Tech Week was Edgar Sze ’s at Claude’s Founder House, He answered the question a lot of have, what the hell is a GTM engineer? He shared how he built the 1→many motion at Profound and where he thinks these roles should automate vs. augment the team. Not everything should be automated. Some things should just make the person doing the work much better at it. Lots to think about here as GTM roles keep changing.
